Are enterprise Mashups portable to different web/application/mashup servers?

Yes.  Mashups are very standards-oriented, so they can be connected and interconnected easily.  And most of the mashup platforms are also pretty multi-server certified (JackBe's mashup platform runs on just about every web/app server).
