I have portal addon installed in liferay 6.0. After login liferay, the presto addon works perfectly. However, I need to login presco mashup server before I can refresh portlet in liferay. Otherwise the presto publish app portlet will show 'failed to load app, ....' Is there anywhere I can setup the authentication of the presto portal addon?

Presto Version: Presto 2.7

Hello,

"Service Store error. Please check if Service Store is running and reachable from Mashup Server".

I have no idea what can cause this, when saving, publishing or executing the services I don't get ant trouble. Only when I try to update a saved service I get the error mentioned. [Read More...]

Documentation for API objects used in Samples

Posted 06/03/2010 - 13:08 by glenn.adams

I'm trying to get a handle on creating an application that displays a US Map (Yahoo, Google, anything will do) with data for each state.  The TARP Demo is the closest thing I've seen to what I want to get to, but I haven't found a way to get to the code for that. [Read More...]

Learn it from THEM not ME

Every mashup starts with an idea but why is it I only ever read about the 'killer apps'? Especially since I have conversations with community members everyday about their small feats to create apps for ad hoc situational needs. Many times these apps are created to increase productivity, reduce development time or create new insights but each time, they all start the same...with an IDEA

So here it is, next time someone asks you, 'How would you use enterprise mashup technology in your organization?' you know where to go for ideas.  [Read More...]
