Wires (2.7.0) fails to load

I have Presto 2.7.0 installed on a Windows XP box.  Prior to this morning it was functionally normally.  Now when I attempt to access wires from /presto/home wires does not load and I get the following:

I get this using Firefox 3.x and IE 7.x, both locally and when accessing it from a remote PC.

I have also attempted reinstalling 2.7.0 after wiping the prior installation but get the same results.  Service Explorer and Mashlet Maker both function properly.

can  you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and reload Wires again ?
