I've downloaded and installed the Prestohealthcare.zip and PrestoHealthcare_mashlets, following the deployment instructions included into my Presto 2.6.1 instance.
I can view/run the mashups through Wires, but am unable to view the mashlets.
I've been able to install & run the BusinessDashboard example. Could the issue be related to JC.Mashlet.getMashletsByName? I'm unable to find it at the 72.32.209.133:8080/mashlets/PHMain/readme/JC.zip.

http://localhost:8080/mashlets/standalone.jsp?mashlet=PHRevenueBySurgery hangs with the message, "Loading Mashlet PHRevenueBySurgery, please wait"
I see no error/warning messages in catalina.out.
