hi

i am member of mashup developer comunity

i am able to login to pages of mdc but

i am not able to login to the prestocloud mashuphub today after 3:00 PM http://prestocloud.jackbe.com/prestocloud/

i am getting the below msg

Till what time prestocloud's prestohub will be down?

Can you please get it up asap

Bhakti,

As of 11:20am EST, I have logged into http://prestocloud.jackbe.com/prestohub/home.html successfully.  If you are still experiencing the problem, I might suggest you clear your browser cache, login to the MDC again, and then try the Presto Cloud.

hi Chris,

i was not aware of the presto down on monday morning, i worked on it perfectly right from 10:00 Am to 3:00 PM in the afternoon, but suddenly after 3:00 PM ,it is not working. i cleaned up the browser cache too this morning and tried Presto Cloud - the issue still persists

have attached today's screen shots too.

i tried presto hub from another machine(my home machine) i still get the same error.

 Hi Bhakti,

I am sorry you are having this issue. We are investigating, but so far, haven't been able to reproduce the issue.

Can you try the following:

1. Clear browser cache

2. Logout of Presto Cloud by clicking on your Name -> Logout in the Presto Cloud menu bar

3. Logout of MDC by clicking on the logout button in your MDC menu bar

4. Quit the browser and restart

Please let me know.

hi deepak

i follwed the step as u said i.e.

 

1. Clear browser cache - done

2. Logout of Presto Cloud by clicking on your Name -> Logout in the Presto Cloud menu bar - as i can't login to presto cloud thats the issue then how can i log off - so can't do this step

3. Logout of MDC by clicking on the logout button in your MDC menu bar - done

4. Quit the browser and restart - done

Problem still persists

hi deepak,

seems like issue with my this account only, i created new accound with mdc, i could login into the presto cloud using the new account

looks like issue with this account so can you please check this account
