Not yet -- but it is very high on my list to add to docs. I expect to have something in documentation by next week. I did talk with Engineering about this and my general understanding is that you can use the presto-ext.js library outside of mashlets -- in other words, in any Presto Connect for JavaScript request. This provides convenience classes to send a paginated request and bind it to an Ext Grid. I just don't have a working example for you today...

I noticed in the documentation that there is a way to attach a paginated service to an Ext.Grid. Is there a working example of this using one of the sample services? The documentation seems to be mashlet specific and there are many valid use cases for a paginated service that uses presto connect.
