When I attempt to reach the Presto Application where the license is authenticated I get a connection error. I can bring up the Apache Admin page at 8080 but get a refused connection when using 9001. Tomcat window displays ERROR { com.jackbe.presto.jmx.cascade.PrestoMasterAgent-321} java.io. IOException: com.sun.jdmk.comm: communication exception: connection refused: connect

 Hi,

please make sure you have followed these steps

1. run "setup.bat" or "setup.sh" after unzipping the contents of the download

2. go to <presto_installation>/prestorepository/hsqldb/ and run "server.sh"  or "startPresto.bat"

3. go to <presto_installation>/mashupsever and run "startPresto.bat or "startPresto.sh"

4. now go to http://localhost:8080/presto (by default, Presto server runs at port 8080 and Presto repository runs at port 9001)

let's know how this goes.

thx,

There is no Presto.bat file in the Prestrepository\hsqldb directory. There is a server.bat
