I have a problem about getting a license.

Hello.

I have tried to get a license several times, but it failed.

I selected the license for Presto 2.7.0, but the page displayed the same page.

How could I get a license?

Hi Yoon,

The license server is back online now. You should have received the license email by now. If not, please let us know.

Hi,

Even I am facing the same issue. The page just refreshes when I select a Presto version.

Do I need to wait for a notification mail once I have clicked on the link or do I need to keep clicking till it works ?

 Hi Yoon,

You are not receiving an email or a message because we are no longer giving out Presto 2.7 licenses. We have Presto 3.0 available on the cloud for all MDC members. We will have a Presto 3.0 download available in the next couple of weeks but that is not an option at this time.

Please try out our new version of Presto available by clicking on the link, 'Go to Presto Cloud'.
