I guess you are upgrading from 2.5
are you using the same key of 2.5? I think that will not work.
In your 'MDC Stuff' block there is a link for 'My license key'. If you click that link then you can see all the license keys you have available. If you need to request a new key for a new version, please click on the 'Request a new license key'. This will send you an email containing your new license key for the latest version of Presto.

How to upgrade the presto software?
I am having the valid key, i want to upgrade the software.
It is not allowing me to start.. when i m starting the mashupserver and giving my key there it seems it gets hung...
please help,
