is there Presto training available other than the Jackbe website ?  how to mashup using sharepoint ?  i am a neophyte to all of this but have been assigned this job task - any beginner advice would be helpful.

There are also many screencasts and examples here on MDC to cover the basics of working in Presto.  See the Videos and Samples menus (from Resources).

Also, the documentation has the basics of installation and 3 very simple tutorials for creating mashups and mashlets -- without any specific information about Sharepoint.
