dynamic chart titles

When you create pie chart or other chart views as an app that has parameters, is there a way to have the parameter values as part of the chart title or subtitle?

I do not think there is a straight forward way to do this?

While I explore this and also consult others in the team, I think a start can be made by opening the app in the App Editor.
