'How Does the Magician Get What He Wants?': An MDC member shares his mashup thoughts

Mike Rollins, one of your fellow Mashup Developer Community members, has written a great series of blog posts about his use of mashups and the project he is supporting. As he puts it, it's a 'developer's blog', so the blog series starts with his new project requirements and how he might meet those requirements.
The blog then works it's way up to the lastest (and best!) post, 'How Does the Magician Get What He Wants?'. In this post Mike discusses his perspecitve on mashups and how they fit into his project architecture. Here' an excerpt from his lastest post...
As I started developing the core of the "platform" I realized that I had undertaken a huge task, a task I was not sure I could finish in any short amount of time. This caused me some angst but I figured that I would just have to move on, doing my best to develop my way out of an impossible situation. Not a fun position to be in.
Then, sometime around the end of December, a buddy of mine pointed me in the direction of a product called Presto, developed by the company JackBe. I thought that I had stumbled into my own brain on the web!
Every mashster should read 'How Does the Magician Get What He Wants?'. As one architect put it, 'I must admit that I couldnt have explained Presto in more layman terms.'
Oh, and if you are a blogger and want to share your mashup thoughts with the rest of the Mashup Developer Community, send me a link to your blog. The rest of us want to hear what you think about mashups!
