JackBe is searching for a Senior Inside Sales Specialist in the Washington DC area.  As an Inside Sales Specialist you would be an integral member of JackBe Sales & Marketing team.  Your goal is to find qualified leads Account Executives in concert with the Marketing teams lead-generation efforts.  You must be comfortable making dozens of phone calls a day, communicating via email, generating interest in JackBe technology, and qualifying prospects.

You will work closely with regional Account Executives who are responsible for large account sales.  Core responsibilities of this role include:

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct target account prospecting, sales calls, and demos;
  • Qualify leads by investigating and documenting end-user requirements;
  • Manage the complete sales process of sales opportunities for small/medium-size businesses.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years Inside Sales experience with at least 1 year closing software license deals;
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics-based phone sales environment;
  • A high-level understanding of how enterprise development software works;
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills;
  • Skills to translate technology into business benefits;
  • Experience with lead nurturing, both manual and automated;
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills;
  • Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences and purchasing processes;
  • Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Sales affinity, including curiosity, competitiveness, customer care/win-win attitude;
  • College degree and/or equivalent experience;
  • Computer skills and experience with sales force automation tools.
